Job summary

Village Roadshow Limited is seeking a Visual Content Designer for Movie World in Oxenford, Gold Coast. This full‑time role focuses on creating eye-catching graphic design and video content for our Sales & Marketing team, spanning campaigns, filming, and edits.

You will produce content for social, web, and email campaigns, support on-site filming, and deliver print-ready files while maintaining archives. A graphic design degree and strong CC skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and confidence using filming equipment.
• Ability to adapt, solve problems and learn new tools in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Clear visual and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• High personal standards, accountability and the ability to make considered decisions.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a flair for fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
• Blue Card is essential (cost of Blue Card is currently $108.30).

Responsibilities

• Producing and editing video, motion graphics and digital content across social, web, display and eDM campaigns.
• Supporting location filming, including setup and operation of cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Creating final artwork and content using Adobe Creative Cloud (Indesign and Photoshop for graphics, Premiere and After Effects for video) and ensuring every file meets the brief, format and deadline.
• Preparing print-ready files and maintaining accurate project archives.
• Supporting the day-to-day Art Studio operations while championing safe work practices.
