Bubblegum Casting in Sydney is seeking a full-time Content Creator to join our team at Redfern. You will plan, produce and manage high-quality visual marketing content across social media, websites and digital campaigns; working closely with the marketing team on photography, videography and editing.

This role focuses on growing brand awareness, audience engagement and supporting lead generation through creative concepts, content delivery and timely asset management.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in digital content creation or social media marketing.
• Strong photography and videography skills for promotional content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
• Experience creating short-form video content for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish visual marketing content across social media, websites, digital advertising and other online channels.
• Produce and edit professional photography, videography and short-form video content for campaigns and brand promotion.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and promotional content during shoots, workshops, events and other activities.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with campaigns, brand strategy and commercial objectives.
• Maintain an organised library of photography, video and digital marketing assets.
• Monitor social media trends and content performance to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing, photography and creative teams to coordinate content production.
