Job summary

Department of Education Victoria – Churchill VIC seeks an Assistant Principal to lead educational programs and ensure high-quality teaching and learning across multiple campuses. You will manage significant programs, budgets and staff to implement the college plan within the department framework.

You will champion student wellbeing, collaborate with staff and families, and drive inclusive, data-informed approaches to improve outcomes across Years 7–12 in a five-campus setting.

• Guide staff and campus leadership, including performance management and mentoring.
• Engage with parents and community to strengthen the learning environment.
• Ensure budget and resources align with the college plan and policies.
