Job summary

NSW Health in Caringbah, Sydney is seeking a Virtual Health Clinical Change Manager on a temporary full-time basis until June 2028. The role leads the development and implementation of virtual models of care within the Virtual Health Hub, driving priority initiatives from concept to delivery.

The successful candidate will head project and change management efforts, manage multiple programs, and collaborate across the Strategy, Innovation and Improvement Directorate to transform care delivery.

Responsibilities

• The Virtual Health Clinical Change Manager is a core member of the Virtual Health Strategy Implementation Team responsible for the development and implementation of virtual models of care identified and prioritised for centralisation in the Virtual Health Hub.
• The position assumes a leadership role for each initiative and will manage key programs and projects, from development to implementation drawing on expertise in project and change management.

SESLHD is one of the largest local health districts in Sydney, covering a geographical area of 468 square kilometres from Sydney’s central business district, the beaches from Bondi to Cronulla and down to the Royal National Park. We deliver health care to around 930,000 residents across the local government areas of Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick, Bayside, Georges River and the Sutherland Shire.
