• Possession of a relevant postgraduate qualification and demonstrated clinical leadership capability in delivering community health services.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve service outcomes.
• Experience developing and implementing innovative and sustainable models of care, including virtual health services.
• Strong commitment to culturally safe practice and partnership with communities and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability in clinical governance, quality improvement, and service planning.
