Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group’s FCM team is seeking an experienced VIP Travel Consultant to deliver seamless, high-touch travel management for a select portfolio of high-profile corporate clients. You’ll manage end-to-end corporate travel including international air, hotels, car hire and ground transportation using Sabre GDS, with meticulous attention to detail.

With 2+ years in travel consulting, you’ll foster strong stakeholder relationships, apply complex fares knowledge, and uphold service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel consulting or travel management.
• Strong expertise in complex fares and itineraries.
• High level GDS proficiency - Sabre experience highly regarded.
• Self-ticketing capability is a definite advantage.
• Experience in high-end corporate travel is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills.
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and listening skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with solid business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end business travel arrangements for VIP corporate clients, including international air, hotel, car hire and ground transportation via Sabre GDS
• Applying strong fares knowledge to handle complex itineraries, ticket exchanges and Phase IVs with accuracy and efficiency
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders across large market organisations
• Adhering to company procedures, account guidelines and service standards across ticketing and GDS productivity
• Delivering on all travel requests within designated SLAs, balancing speed with precision
• Collaborating with your team to ensure every VIP client receives a consistently outstanding experience
