Zilzie Wines invites applications for a Vintage Laboratory Technical Assistant at our winery site near Mildura. Join a team supporting the winery laboratory operations, assisting the Laboratory Technician and Team Leader to manage analysis requests from winemakers, while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, demonstrating 1–2 years of lab experience and strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills.

The Vintage Laboratory Technical Assistant is responsible for:

• Assisting the Laboratory Technician and Laboratory Team Leaderin the efficient operation of the winery laboratory
• Daily duties include managing analysis requests from winemakers
• Actively participate and cooperate in a team environment to meet the core objectives of the company.
• Have a strong commitment to maintaining ahigh standard of customer service internally and externally
• Following Quality Management systems, Food Safety, Work Health and Safety practices

To be successful in for these roles you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• 1-2 years' lab experience in wine, food/beverage, or pharmaceutical industries or similar
• Strong multitasking, communication, and computer skills
• Customer-focused with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety practices
• Willing to work rotating day and night shifts
