Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee village operations, budgets, P&L, and reporting
  • Coordinate maintenance, asset management, and refurbishments
  • Engage with residents, committees, families, and the community
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS, and industry standards
  • Manage contractors and external service providers
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience as a Village Manager, Asset/Property/Strata Manager, or similar
  • Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for enhancing resident wellbeing and satisfaction
