This role is ON SITE only, working from Darwin, NT, Australia.

LMSC – Local Media Services Company, founded in 2005, is a prominent community media service provider in events and sports production. LMSC operates a state-of-the-art broadcast control centre and studio HUB featuring two multi-input production suites with comprehensive graphic, playout, and replay capabilities, as well as two in-house live commentary suites for remote commentary of live productions. We produce live broadcasts from various locations around Australia and worldwide using advanced transmission systems.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Videographer - Sports, located in Darwin, NT. The Videographer will manage day-to-day tasks including basic camera & audio rigging at venue, camera operation, and shooting. Responsibilities also include liaising with the remote production team to ensure high-quality content delivery, and with the onsite client when required.

  • Proficiency in Video Production and Shooting Video
  • Camera Operation and Camera handling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various hours on weekends and evenings

  • Working with and for State & National sporting organisations

Remuneration

  • Minimum shifts of 3.5 hours
  • Tiered contract (p/h) rates calculated above the Broadcasting, Recorded Entertainment and Cinemas Award
  • Rates from $32.50 to $50.00 per hour based on individual job role classification
