Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Videographer and Photographer to bring brand, product, and customer stories to life. The role supports both part-time or full-time arrangements with a hands-on focus on campaigns, product shoots and social content.

You will collaborate with Content Specialists and the Marketing team to produce authentic visuals across digital channels, balancing creative ambition with business needs and delivering content ready for distribution.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years’ experience in videography, photography or creative content production.
• Strong technical skills across cameras, lighting and audio.
• Experience with both studio and on-location shoots.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot photography and video for campaigns, product content, customer stories and everyday content needs.
• Handle lighting, sound, editing, retouching and colour grading.
• Make subjects comfortable on camera to reveal authentic stories.
• Collaborate with Traffic and Production Specialist to deliver content for each channel.
• Build a visual asset library for easy retrieval and reuse.
• Share expertise with junior creators and explore new formats.

Videographer & Photographer Good stories deserve someone who knows how to capture them. We’re looking for a Videographer and Photographer to bring Reece’s brands, products and customer stories to life. Someone with an eye for detail, pride in their craft and the confidence to take a brief from first idea to final edit. We are open to this being a part time or full time position.

About the opportunity

You’ll work closely with our Content Specialists, Designers and broader Marketing team to create photography and video that connects with our audiences and delivers results. From customer interviews to product shoots and social content, you’ll help tell our stories in ways that feel authentic and distinctly Reece. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of variety.

You’ll:

• Plan and shoot photography and video for campaigns, product content, customer stories and everyday content needs.
• Take care of the details that make great work, from lighting and sound to editing, retouching and colour grading.
• Help customers, colleagues and other people feel comfortable on camera so their stories come through naturally.
• Work with our Traffic and Production Specialist to keep shoots organised and deliver content ready for each channel.
• Build a visual asset library that makes good content easy to find and use again.
• Share your expertise with junior creators and explore new formats and production techniques.

About you

You know your way around a camera and an edit suite. Just as importantly, you know how to work with people. You build trust, ask good questions and take ownership of your work. You’re comfortable moving between a planned campaign shoot and a brief with a quick turnaround, without losing sight of quality.

You’ll bring:

• At least 5+ years’ experience in videography, photography or creative content production, with commercial-quality work across digital, social and campaign channels.
• Strong technical skills across cameras, lighting and audio, with experience in both studio and on-location shoots.
• Confidence using Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience with After Effects and AI creative tools is a bonus.
• The organisation and communication skills to manage multiple briefs, schedules and approvals.
• An understanding of what makes content work for different audiences and platforms, and how to balance creative ambition with business needs.
