As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing social strategies that align directly with client business objectives. You’ll work alongside our in-house creative and performance teams to ideate, create, and deliver content that builds brand authority, drives engagement, and fuels growth.

Direct and record client recording days.
Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand and business goals.
Manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Work closely with our creative team to ideate and produce engaging, on-brand short-form and long-form content.
Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns.
Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
Communicate with clients to ensure alignment and deliver results that exceed expectations.
You’re not just a “poster”—you’re a strategic creator who understands the intersection of content, branding, and business outcomes.
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a videographer, either in a marketing agency or as a freelancer.
Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and content strategy.
Ability to create content that aligns with business objectives—not just aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficiency with scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and social media best practices.
Creative eye and ability to brief/guide designers, editors, and creators.
Must have the legal right to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa).
