Job summary

Darling Group is seeking a Videographer and Content Producer to elevate video across eleven Melbourne venues. This is a craft role with real creative input, shooting and editing short-form video consistently for Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager, collaborating with Brand and Content teams to raise the publication quality. Weekend and evening availability is expected as venues peak.

Qualifications

• Two+ years shooting and editing short-form video, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle.
• Strong showreel demonstrating craft, not just volume.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Comfort with camera, lighting and audio.
• Availability for weekends and evenings.
• Own equipment is an advantage, though gear is available.
• Ability to develop concepts and formats from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok across eleven venues.
• Film menu launches, events, functions and venue activity as they happen.
• Develop concepts and formats, not just execute briefs.
• Shoot in live service, around guests and venue teams.
• Handle lighting, audio and colour to a standard that holds up next to the room.
• Edit to platform, including text, motion and sound design.
• File and maintain footage so material gets reused rather than reshot.
• Work to the group brand standard and the creative direction set by the Creative Director.

Darling Group is looking for a Videographer and Content Producer to lift the standard of video across our portfolio of eleven Melbourne venues. This is a craft role. We have people who plan content and people who run our accounts; what we want is someone who can shoot and cut genuinely good short-form video, consistently, across some of the best rooms in the city.

You’ll produce video across all eleven venues, reporting to the Marketing Manager and working alongside our Brand and Content Producer and social team. This role exists to raise the quality of what we publish. Our venues, our food and our events are worth filming properly, and you’re responsible for making sure they are.

In the role you will:

• Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram and TikTok across the group

What you'll Bring
