Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior motion graphics lead to develop original content (lower thirds, title cards, logo reveals, templates, and UI designs) in After Effects. You will guide production from concept to delivery, coordinating across multiple teams and time zones to ensure high quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in videography/editing, strong leadership, and the ability to translate goals into concrete plans while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in arts/related field.
• 8+ years of videography and editing experience across production styles.
• Experience leading the entire production process from creative concept to delivery.
• Experience guiding execution across ambiguous, complex productions balancing business needs and timing.
• Experience working autonomously across multiple teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop original motion graphics content such as lower thirds, title cards, logo reveals, templates, and User Interface (UI) design in Adobe After Effects


• Establish expertise in the production and creative area, becoming the go-to escalation point for execution, leader for driving visibility across the project, and orchestrator for final products.


• Provide guidance, creative solutions and workflow on a variety of projects with high standards of quality, including television and motion picture productions with creative direction, lighting direction cinematography, music, sound effects, shorts, and feature-length productions for complex and unreleased technologies.


• Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and development processes in a quickly changing and dynamic environment.


• Communicator who can translate high-level goals into tangible action plans, and vice-versa & expertise communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

• B.S. in Arts or Bachelor of Fine Arts, Multi-media, Communication or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.


• 8+ years of related experience for videography and editing experience for a variety of production styles.


• Experience leading the entire production process from creative innovation to final delivery.


• Demonstrated experience leading execution across ambiguous, complex productions, with experience making creative and production trade offs balancing business needs and timing constraints.


• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.


• Experience in working across multiple teams in different time zones, anticipating roadblocks and creating a path forward.


• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale or small-scale pro
