Australian Radio Network is seeking a Video Podcast Producer to lead high-quality, video-led podcast content across audio, video and social platforms, helping grow audiences and engagement across ARN’s podcast slate.

You’ll manage end-to-end production from concept to publishing, develop episode structures, coordinate guest bookings, create social assets, and ensure content meets editorial and legal standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in podcast production with video and social content.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite with strong editorial judgement.
• Ability to manage end-to-end production workflows with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong social media content creation and audience engagement capabilities.
• Excellent organisation and clear communication in a collaborative environment.
• Understanding of technical specifications for audio/video podcast delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end podcast production, including concept development, research, talent briefings, scripting, show notes, recording, editing and publishing.
• Develop creative concepts and episode structures aligned with format, strategy and talent requirements.
• Produce high-quality audio, video and social content across multiple podcasts.
• Coordinate guest bookings and work closely with talent throughout production.
• Create engaging social media and promotional assets.
• Manage multiple productions, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor audience engagement and adapt content to drive growth.
• Maintain editorial integrity and ensure content complies with standards.
