ARN in Australia is seeking a Part Time Video and Podcast Producer for a 6-month contract based in North Sydney. The role is two days per week, focusing on video-led podcast content across platforms.

You will manage end-to-end production, develop concepts, brief talent, script, record, edit and publish, while coordinating guest bookings and delivering engaging content in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in podcast production with video and social media.
• Strong audio and video production and editing skills with end-to-end workflow experience.
• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability with engaging podcast content.
• Highly organized and collaborative, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Part Time Video and Podcast Producer – 6-Month Contract

About the role (2 days per week):

• Produce high-quality, video-led podcast content across audio, video and social platforms, helping drive audience growth and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end podcast production, including concept development, research, talent briefings, scripting, show notes, recording, editing and publishing.
• Develop creative concepts and episode structures tailored to each podcast’s format, strategy and talent requirements.
• Produce engaging video podcast and social content for GOLD Sport, while supporting broader content projects as required.
• Coordinate guest bookings and work closely with talent to deliver high-quality content in studio and remotely.
• Create social and promotional assets, collaborating with amplification and partnership teams to extend content reach.
• Monitor audience engagement and adapt content to support continued growth across platforms.
• Manage multiple podcasts, stakeholders, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced content environment.
• Ensure content maintains editorial integrity and complies with legal requirements, industry codes and company standards.

About you:

• At least 2 years’ experience in podcast production, ideally with strong video and social media experience.
• Strong audio and video production and editing skills, with proven experience managing end-to-end production workflows.
• Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability, with a passion for creating engaging podcast and social content.
• Highly organised and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple projects, talent and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
