Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a remote, worldwide project focused on graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia outputs. You will review AI-generated content, provide detailed feedback, and help improve creative workflows.

Strong English skills and paid AI-human data experience are required. Candidates should be proficient with Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, and collaboration tools like Mural/Milanote.

Qualifications

Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required.
Experience with AI training / human data evaluation and rubric-based grading is preferred.
2+ years of professional experience in creative fields is expected.
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 level or above) is essential.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, motion, and user experience against standards.
