You will work closely with production and account teams to deliver on brief, study references, and maintain high standards of colour, sound, pacing, and graphics while managing multiple projects to deadline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a video editor, ideally in an agency, media or production environment.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to match an existing style or reference precisely.
• Efficient and organised, comfortable working at pace and to deadline.
• Strength in colour grading, sound design or motion graphics is well regarded.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced full time Video Editor to join our Melbourne team. This is an on site position based in our Ferntree Gully office.

You will edit a steady pipeline of content across real estate, social media and brand campaigns, turning raw footage into polished work that meets our standard every time. We move quickly and hold a consistent house style, so the ability to study a reference, replicate an edit and deliver accurately to brief is essential.

This is a role for someone who takes pride in their craft, works efficiently under deadline, and is genuinely driven to grow.

What You Will Be Doing
