Arrow Group seeks a visionary Vice President to lead APAC Marine from the Gold Coast. You will set and deliver regional growth strategies, own the P&L, and drive profitability, cash flow, and resource allocation across markets and products.

You will build a diverse leadership team, align functions, and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers and partners while steering strategic initiatives regionally and globally.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations, Finance or related field; MBA is highly regarded.
• Leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution or product-based business.
• Proven success delivering growth strategies, operating plans and budgets.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including profitability and cash flow.
• Experience driving operational improvement across manufacturing, distribution and service.
• Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and regulatory compliance requirements.

The Opportunity

As Vice President - APAC Marine, you will:

What Are We Looking For?

You will be a commercially astute, hands‑on leader who brings operational experience, inspires your team and delivers measurable business results and will bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations, Finance or a related field; an MBA is highly regarded.

Leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution or a product-based business.

Proven success delivering growth strategies, operating plans and budgets.

Strong commercial and financial acumen, including profitability, cash flow and performance analysis.

Experience driving operational improvement across manufacturing, distribution and service.

Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and regulatory compliance requirements.

The ability to respond to changing technologies, markets and customer needs.
