Base pay range

$190,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Associate Director, Environmental & Property Recruitment

• Salary $190-250k.
• Full strategic direction of the VIC CLM Service Line Growth

Victorian Director to open the VIC service line for an Australian Consultancy who has partnered with a global multidisciplinary. This is a key role as a foothold in the market with a network of clients and projects you’d chase with that kind of backing.

You know the score for this kind of role; executing strategic growth plans winning and delivering with the economies of scale that a global can offer.

The current VIC workload being serviced by interstate specialists so this role isn't a completely cold build. There is some work already there that needs to be consolidated into a Victorian team.

The Types of Projects they Handle:

• National list of clients – Tier 1 developers, Defence, Transport, Water Authorities
• Credible pipeline of SSD and SSI projects for NSW and client network for a quick build in VIC.
• Contaminated sites assessment and remediation with Occupational Hygiene Hazmat capability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Min 10yrs consulting experience with proven Business Development/networking skills.
• Salary circa $130,000 - $160,000 + super
