Crafty Apes and our talented team members have received recognition for outstanding contributions to feature films, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised VFX Production Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you'll be the central hub of communication, supporting our artists and producers to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule. You'll be instrumental in tracking project progress, managing schedules, and facilitating clear communication across the team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the VFX Producer and Supervisors in day-to-day project management, including scheduling, task assignment, and progress tracking.

Maintain and update project databases, shot tracking systems, and other production management tools.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking detailed notes and distributing action items to the team.

Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments.

Prepare and distribute daily reports, schedules, and shot lists.

Track and manage project assets, ensuring they are correctly organised and accessible.

Help prepare and present project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a production coordinator or similar role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in film, television, or animation.

Strong understanding of the VFX production pipeline and terminology.

Proficiency with production management software ShotGrid,

Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
