Job summary

Burpengary Vet is seeking an experienced Full-Time Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Burpengary practice, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional client and patient experiences.

You will mentor veterinary nursing and reception teams, manage rostering, stock, compliance, and administrative duties, and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture within the VetPartners network.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or similar environment preferred.
• Veterinary nursing background is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the practice.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to nursing and reception teams.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and client experiences.
• Manage workflow, team coordination, rostering, and practice processes.
• Assist with stock management, compliance and administrative responsibilities.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
