Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day nursing operations four days a week.
• Nursing staff training and development.
• Foster a healthy, positive team culture.
• Workforce planning including rosters and recruitment.
• Administrative tasks including inventory management.
• Clinical shifts on an as needed basis.
• Ensure team is updated with opportunities and goals.
• Ensure completion of learning modules for the nursing team.
• Maintain ARH Brisbane standards and staff engagement.
