Greencross Kawana Waters is seeking a Veterinary Director to lead clinical operations on the Sunshine Coast. You’ll set clinical direction, guide a collaborative team, and drive excellence in patient care.

You will mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and work with an Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director to turn ideas into action. This role offers growth within the Greencross network and a strong focus on staff development.

Qualifications

• Strong medical and/or surgical skills.
• Experience leading veterinary teams and mentoring colleagues.
• Eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia is required.

Responsibilities

• Set the clinical direction of the clinic and foster a learning environment.
• Lead and mentor the team, promoting knowledge sharing and case discussions.
• Collaborate with Area Manager/Regional Clinical Director to implement strategy.
