Job summary

St Francis Catholic College Melton seeks a dynamic POL 3 House Leader for Cobblebank Campus to lead and grow the VET program, SBAT and Structured Workplace Learning, while supporting VCE-VM and VPC learners to engage in meaningful opportunities. You will collaborate with students, staff and industry partners to drive compliance and program excellence.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community.
Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making and negotiation skills.
The ability to contribute positively to a collaborative professional culture.
Appropriate expertise and experience in the areas of Teaching & Learning.
Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in the management of people and resources.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Vocational Education and Training (VET) program at the Cobblebank Campus.
Drive compliance, innovation and program excellence in VET, SBAT and Structured Workplace Learning.
Support students across VCE-VM and VPC to engage in meaningful, future-focused opportunities.
Collaborate with students, staff, families, TAFEs and industry partners to shape pathways for learners.
