The Scots College seeks a Diploma of Business teacher to deliver engaging VET programs for stages 4–6, aligning with competency standards and NESA/VET requirements. You will foster practical business capability and workplace readiness in students.

You will design and assess programs, deliver across Diploma of Tertiary Preparation and Applied Entrepreneurship where relevant, and maintain high standards of professional practice within a faith-informed school community.

Formación

• Recognised teaching qualifications and current NESA registration.
• Experience teaching Stage 6 Business Studies and/or Economics (HSC level preferred).
• VET Accreditation: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) or willingness to obtain.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and maintaining VET currency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver structured VET Business programs aligned with competency-based frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with VET regulatory and NESA requirements under the Head of RTO.
• Foster student engagement, progress and workplace-ready outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student competency and provide timely feedback to students and families.
• Contribute to ongoing development of a contemporary Business/Economics program.
• Monitor progress and use data to inform responsive teaching strategies.
