Experience Co is seeking a Master IV to lead vessel operations on the Great Barrier Reef. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, train crew, and deliver outstanding experiences to passengers.

You must hold Master IV (or MED II) with at least 3 years driving experience, and be available to work weekends and public holidays. This role offers a dynamic team environment across Reef Magic Cruises and related vessels.

• Performing daily upkeep and required maintenance on your vessel
• Maintaining communication with the Operations team and other departments within Experience Co
• Due to changing weather conditions and variable operational requirements, a flexible and positive attitude is important

About you

You are an experienced Master IV who enjoys a good laugh and creating amazing memories. You are a leader who is responsible for ensuring the vessels are well maintain and all crew onboard are trained and operating at a high standard. You are a motivator and provide outstanding experiences to customers. You place safety as a high priority and complete checks on the vessel and equipment to ensure that everything is in working order.
You have a Master IV / MED II with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
