Job summary

The Coach in Ringwood is seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to lead the venue on shift, coach the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure safety, drive service standards and support the Venue Manager with revenue and cost controls.

Qualifications

Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality.
Knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing, and legal obligations.
Current Victorian RSA, RSG and Gaming Employee Licence are required.
Food Safety certificate and TAB compliance are preferred.
Full Australian working rights are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the team on shift, ensuring briefings and high service standards.
Oversee daily venue operations, including F&B service, bookings, and checklists.
Support revenue, labour and cost control while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Coach and develop team members, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
