Job summary

Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead Galway Hooker, a distinctive Irish pub in Scarborough, WA. You’ll own the people, performance and guest experience, guiding an established team and driving the venue’s commercial direction.

You’ll manage P&L, labour, stock, and budgets, while leveraging entertainment, local marketing and community engagement to enhance guest experiences and revenue. WA RSA and Approved Manager accreditation are required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Proven Venue Manager or senior leadership experience in a busy pub, bar or entertainment venue.
• Strong commercial capability across P&L, labour, stock management and KPIs.
• Experience leading, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
• Current WA RSA and Approved Manager accreditation or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the venue management and front-of-house teams.
• Own the venue’s P&L, labour, stock, budgets and overall performance.
• Drive revenue through entertainment, sporting events and local marketing.
