Job summary

TGI FRIDAYS in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a vibrant, high-volume kitchen. You will inspire a team, uphold elite standards, and deliver passion in every plate while keeping service fast and fun.

You’ll manage inventory, suppliers and rosters, drive quality and consistency, and create a memorable guest experience in a dynamic Friday’s environment. Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
