• Responsible for the venue's profit and loss management.

Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Venue Manager to lead our vibrant Glenelg venue!

What’s the role?

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead by example and drive exceptional customer service.
• Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently.
• Day to day inventory management and stock control.
• Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment.
• Hire, train, develop and motivate a team.
• Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
• Responsible for venue P&L management.

Who We’re Looking For

• A natural leader with hospitality or retail experience (QSR experience is a big plus!)
• A people person who knows how to lift a team and create a feel-good customer experience
• Positive, proactive, and ready to take on any challenge
• Super organised, solutions-focused, and always looking to improve
