Job summary

Marriner Group in Melbourne’s CBD is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Trade Assistant to join our maintenance team across iconic venues. This full-time role starts January or February 2027 and offers on-the-job learning from experienced tradespeople while keeping venues running smoothly and safely.

• Ability to work across multiple venues in Melbourne’s CBD.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs, maintenance, and general upkeep of all venues.
• Support tradespeople and contractors as needed.
• Perform physical tasks such as cleaning, painting, rubbish removal, and basic repairs.
• Help ensure our venues are safe, secure, and ready for every event.
• Respond to emergencies and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Take pride in your work and contribute to a positive team environment.
