Job summary

Arbex in North Sydney is seeking a Vendor Replenishment Planner to support customer replenishment across key retail accounts. You’ll analyze stock, coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Customer teams, and help maintain product availability across distribution centres and stores.

With 2+ years in supply chain or analytics, you’ll bring strong Excel skills and the ability to turn data into concrete actions that improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Customer Service, or analytics.
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisation skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse weekly and monthly KPI reports to support planning decisions.
• Prepare order plans, inventory analysis, and retailer reports.
• Manage timely order processing to maintain stock availability.
• Identify service risks and opportunities within the planning horizon.
• Collaborate with customer, commercial, sales and supply chain teams.
• Provide insights and reporting to improve forecasting and operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate stock risks.
• Develop inventory and performance reports for decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance demand visibility and service outcomes.
