easyauto123 Hendra is seeking a motivated Vehicle Sales Trainee to join our team. This role offers full training and support as you learn every aspect of the sales process alongside experienced professionals.

You’ll develop skills in identifying customer needs, presenting vehicles, handling demonstrations and test drives, and building lasting relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Sales Trainee, you'll learn every aspect of the sales process while working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

You’ll ideally have:

• A strong desire to build a career in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, motivated and professional approach
• Confidence interacting with a wide range of customers
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A willingness to learn and take on feedback
• Basic computer skills
• A current Australian driver's licence or the ability to obtain one

Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
