Australian Motors SA Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Wayville Hyundai and Genesis Wayville’s automotive sales team. You will coach Sales Consultants, drive targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a leader, you will develop sales strategies, run promotions, analyse market trends and ensure a smooth process from enquiry to delivery. A passion for customer service, strong negotiation and CRM proficiency are essential.

Assist in leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Collaborate with our management team to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotions.

Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Ensure a smooth sales process from enquiry to delivery.

Attend and contribute to sales meetings, manufacturer's promotions, external displays/shows.

Contribute to the training and development of our sales staff.

To be successful in this role you must have:

Proven experience in automotive sales.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a knack for negotiation.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Leadership and team management capabilities.

A valid driver's license.
