Job summary

Eagle Auto Panel in Shepparton VIC is seeking an experienced Vehicle Painter to join the team on a permanent full-time basis. The role requires you to mix paints, match colours, sand surfaces, apply primer and finish coats with spray guns, and polish the finished work.

Requirements include a Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent, and ideally at least 3 years of related experience. Ability to work well in a team and maintain high quality standards is essential.

Job Description

Eagle Auto Panel are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Vehicle Painter to join their team in SHEPPARTON VIC. The successful candidate will need to possess and undertake:

• Ability to mix paint shades and select exact paint to match vehicle colour
• Sanding surfaces by hand and with power sanders
• Treating vehicles with rust -proofing chemicals
• Applying primer and finish coats with spray-guns, and sanding surfaces between coats
• Removing making papers, and waxing and polishing finished paintwork

Skills & Abilities:

• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent
• Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within related field
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary range is $75,000 -$85,000pa commensurate with experience Fulltime Position available Applications open on 24th August 2026 and closes on 24th September 2026
