Job summary

I'm in the Right is an Australian owned accident management company seeking a part-time Vehicle Delivery Agent for our Prospect branch. The role involves delivering and collecting replacement vehicles at customer locations, and supporting a high-quality customer experience in the evenings from 6pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday.

You will handle diverse vehicles and be part of a team focused on reliability, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills.
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver's licence (manual not required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect replacement vehicles at customers' agreed location and time.
• Assist with collecting basic customer information.
• Clean vehicles and prepare them for the next customer.
• Drive a diverse range of vehicles as needed.
