Job summary

AMA Collision West Gosford, part of AMA Group, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our long-standing team. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with flexible shift options for the right person in a well-equipped workshop designed for efficiency.

You will quote vehicles accurately to targets and procedures, conduct onsite inspections, manage parts and suppliers, and ensure repairs meet pre-accident conditions before handing back to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous quoting/ estimating collision repair industry experience (Essential)
• Strong commitment to working safely.
• Good attitude, with excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
• Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site and online.
• Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
• Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost effectiveness as required.
• Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorised in a timely manner.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
• Hand over completed repairs to customers.
