Job summary

Caddy Storage Marketing is seeking an Automotive Accessory Fitter in Blacktown, NSW. You will install a wide range of vehicle accessories and storage solutions in a clean workshop, mainly on brand-new vehicles, with overtime and a supportive training program.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on fitment experience, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. The role offers full-time hours with a structured training track and a Friday finish.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable and takes pride in their work.
• Experience fitting automotive accessories is highly regarded.
• Ability to carry out installations at pre-delivery yards and/or dealerships.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Valid C-Class driver's licence.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Willingness to learn; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of vehicle accessories and storage solutions.
• Fit van and ute shelving systems, cargo drawers and barriers.
• Install roof racks, front and rear protection bars, and ute canopies.
• Prepare and complete custom vehicle fit-outs and install on-site.
• Maintain safe workshop practices and quality workmanship.

Caddy Storage is expanding, and we're looking for a motivated Automotive Accessory Fitter to join our established Fitting Department in Blacktown. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an industry leader and be hands‑on with a wide range of vehicle accessories and fit‑outs.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

• Friday: 7:00 am – 1:00 pm

What You'll Be Doing

You will install a wide range of vehicle accessories and storage solutions, including:

• Van & ute shelving systems

• Cargo drawers & barriers

• Roof racks

• Front & rear protection bars

• Ute canopies

• Ute service bodies

• Custom vehicle fit-outs

• Install accessories on-site

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Experience fitting automotive accessories (highly regarded)

• have the ability to carry out installations at pre-delivery yards & / or Dealerships

• OR transferable skills from trades such as:

  • Coachbuilding

  • Automotive electrical

  • Construction

  • Carpentry

  • Shopfitting

  • Panel beating

  • Air-conditioning

  • Mechanics

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment

• Commitment to safe work practices

• A valid C-Class driver's licence

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
