We are seeking passionate retail associates to support our Vans & Timberland stores. You will assist the management team in driving sales, operational excellence, and contributing to the store’s success.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service with premium products
• Working as part of a team to meet sales and KPI targets
• Processing stock, picking, and packing click-and-collect orders
• Assisting with store operations, housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
• Maintaining a positive, proactive attitude to engage customers

To succeed, you should have:

• Full availability from November to mid-January 2026, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day
• Retail experience preferred but not essential
• A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Self-motivation and a drive to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
