Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Van Driver for the Mt Kuring-Gai Parcel Delivery Centre on a fixed term part‑time basis (25 hours per week) for 6 months. You will drive a company van to collect mail and parcels, sort items, and perform daily vehicle checks while delivering essential services to the local community.

You will work with senior drivers, learn on the road, and have opportunities for growth within transport and operations. A full or probationary Australian driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a full or probationary Australian driver’s licence
• Safety‑focused and able to pass our practical driving assessment
• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work additional hours when required
• Detail‑oriented and consistent, taking pride in getting the job done right
• Comfortable handling mail and parcels up to 16kg as part of daily work
• Meet our safe working load requirement of 130kg or less
• Keen to learn, develop skills and progress your career in transport and operations

Responsibilities
