Job summary

Toll People are seeking fit and healthy operators with an Open Car Licence to perform local parcel deliveries across Mackay. Initially casual, with potential for ongoing, full-time opportunities with a trusted leader in logistics.

Role includes liaising with customers, delivering in transit communications, hand unloading freight and adhering to Toll Group safety policies. Training is provided on-site, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Open Car Licence or higher.
• Good knowledge of Mackay and surrounding areas.
• Available to work 5 days a week Monday to Friday.
• Positive attitude and solid customer service skills.
• High safety initiative and ability to perform manual lifting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to coordinate deliveries.
• Communicate during transit in line with operational protocols.
• Hand unload freight at delivery points.
• Comply with Toll Group OHS and related policies.

• Great pay rate of $39.69/hr with weekly pay cycle
• Monday to Friday
• Full on-site training provided
• Ongoing communication and support
• Safe working environment
• Casual work with potential for full-time opportunities

Role:

• Liaising with customers
• Communicate during transit in line with operational protocols
• Hand Unloading freight
• Comply with the Toll Group OHS Policy and relation Toll Group Policies

Skills & Experience:

• Current Open Car Licence or greater
• Good knowledge of Mackay & Surrounding areas
• Must be available to work 5 days a week Mon - Friday
• Positive attitude and good customer service skills

• Physically Fit, Ability to perform manual lifting tasks
