Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-directed approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to apply engineering procedures and concepts, use professional judgment, and make decisions based on experience.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working with test equipment, automated test stations, or medical devices.
• NO C2C CANDIDATES.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the production capacity expansion project for the LP35 product line, including assembling, performing characterization testing, troubleshooting, and formally validating additional test stations for production, surrogate, and troubleshooting testing.
• Performing engineering work in operations, production, or maintenance environments.
• Planning and designing projects, estimating time and costs, and communicating project status and risks to key stakeholders.
• Applying engineering standards and aligning work with quality procedures.
• Collaborating with engineers and test technicians to support the project.
• Work with engineers and test technicians to help deliver project objectives.
