Job summary

We are hiring a Manufacturing Validation Test Engineer for a 9+ month W2 contract in Redmond, Washington. The role supports a major medical device client and focuses on IQ/OQ/PQ validation, troubleshooting, and test equipment validation.

Collaboration with engineers and test technicians is required. The successful candidate will oversee validation activities for the L35 product line, manage timelines and costs, and ensure compliance with applicable quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience with troubleshooting is required.
• Knowledge of IQ, OQ, and PQ validation processes.
• Experience with test equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; candidates without a bachelor’s degree may be considered with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production capacity expansion for the L35 product line, including assembly and characterization testing.
• Troubleshoot and validate additional test stations for production, surrogate, and testing.
• Plan, design, and estimate project timelines and costs; report status to stakeholders.
• Apply engineering standards and quality procedures alignment.
