Job summary

MSD in Bendigo, VIC, is seeking a Production Technologist to support manufacture of media, antigen and vaccine material in a GMP environment. This hands-on role reports to the Line Lead and focuses on ensuring production schedules, equipment readiness, and batch documentation are compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Understanding of GMP and quality systems.
• Basic maths skills and exposure to data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing activities for intermediates and final vaccine material.
• Prepare, stage, use and maintain mechanical and laboratory equipment.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and within date prior to manufacture.
• Support production planning, batch documentation and schedule adherence.
• Assist with maintenance and validation activities to minimise downtime.
• Conduct batch record review and verification, including timely BPR corrections.
