Job summary

Camp Australia is seeking energetic educators for vacation care shifts in Australia’s Victoria region, including before and after school care and school holiday programs.

In this role you’ll create engaging activities, ensure safety and compliance, and support children’s growth and relationships with families and local schools. Competitive benefits and dedicated training are provided.

Qualifications

• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Child Protection Early Childhood Learning Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm-6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program for primary-aged children.
• Take part in daily activities and support learning during school holidays.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community.
