Job summary

Camp Australia is offering vacation care educator roles at Springfield, covering before school, after school, and holiday care. You will help children grow, learn, and form memories while leading safe, compliant programs and building connections with families and the local school community.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about childcare, with relevant Diploma studies or certifications, and willing to obtain Blue Card and safety trainings.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Candidates may have completed or be studying a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Blue Card and safety training are required or willingness to obtain.
• First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability for 6:30 am-9:00 am and 2:30 pm-6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant vacation care program.
• Deliver daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and school communities.

As an educator with us, you'll be at the heart of all the fun and excitement, whether it's before school, after school, or during school holidays, you'll be the one helping children grow, learn and make lasting memories.

In this role, you’ll maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program. Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children. Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
