Job summary

Camp Australia is hiring Outside School Hours Care Educators for Vacation Care in Wauchope, NSW. If you’re passionate about childcare, you’ll run engaging activities before school, after school, and during holidays, helping children learn, grow and create memories.

You’ll deliver safe, compliant programs, prepare healthy snacks, and build strong relationships with children, families and the school community.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
• Take part in daily activities for primary-aged children.
• Prepare and serve delicious, healthy snacks.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the local school community.
