Job summary

Camp Australia in Wauchope is seeking an Outside School Hours Care Educator for Vacation Care shifts. You’ll lead engaging, safe programs for primary‑aged children, support daily activities, prepare healthy snacks, and build strong relationships with children, families and the local school.

Responsibilities include maintaining a compliant program and supporting before/after school care. You should have, or be studying, a childcare Diploma or equivalent, and hold/undertake required WWCC checks

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain WWCC.
• Willingness to obtain National Safety Training.
• Willingness to obtain National Protection Training.
• First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certificates or willingness to obtain.

ABOUT YOU

• Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid National Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am & 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
