Job summary

Zenith Executive Search – Sydney Southern Suburbs NSW is seeking an experienced Vac Truck Driver with liquid waste experience to join a busy Perth-based waste removal business. You will drive vac trucks in commercial and construction settings, and carry out related duties in a safe, efficient manner.

Ideally you hold an HR Licence and a Controlled Waste Ticket, with prior Perth metro driving experience; waste/construction driving helps. Expect long-term, steady hours and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• HR Licence is required.
• Controlled waste ticket is required.
• Preferably have Perth metro driving experience.
• Any waste/construction driving experience will help.
• Be prepared to work in dusty environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate vac trucks in liquid waste environments.
• Comply with safety and waste management regulations.
• Work in commercial, industrial and construction sites.
• Be available to start early and finish early, with 45–55 hours per week.

The Role:

This is an opportunity for an experienced vac truck driver with liquid waste experience to start in this secure long term role working with a highly successful company and supportive, friendly colleagues.

You will need an HR Licence and preferably have commercial experience driving around Perth. Waste management or construction driving experience will add value. Aside from the driving, you will be working in commercial, industrial and construction environments which can involve some tight spaces and dusty places, so you mustn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty!

In this role you will be respected and enabled to take charge of the work you do best on a daily basis – with guidance, support & training on hand as needed or desired.
