Job summary

Permanent Full Time - 2 weeks on 1 week off

The opportunity:

We're hiring DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) Utility/Cleaners from the Rockhampton region and nearby suburbs on a 2/1 roster!

• Perform a variety of tasks, including housekeeping, kitchen hand duties, dining room service, mine site cleaning, and tavern operations.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for village residents. Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet service standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.

To be considered:

• Previous experience in a remote setting or the hospitality industry (preferred).
• Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
• Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
• Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical including Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol clearance.
• Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
• Safe Food Handling Certificate will be required.
• Driver's License/Photo ID required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from site.
• RSA Certificate (desired).
